OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NEW YORK – June 10, 2019 – The Most Reverend John O. Barres, Bishop of Rockville Centre has appointed the following priest to the following assignment. This appointment became effective on June 1, 2019.

Campus Ministry/Sacred Heart Institute. Father Lachlan Cameron has been named the Director of the Sacred Heart Institute for the Ongoing Formation of Clergy and the Director of Campus Ministry for the Diocese of Rockville Centre. Father Cameron will continue to serve as the University Chaplain at Stony Brook University. Father Cameron’s extensive experience in education will be a strong asset in his new positions.
